Edison Capital Holdings is actively seeking joint venture investment opportunities in the value-add, opportunistic and development for multifamily, office, retail, industrial, self-storage and select land plays.  The firm primarily invests in transactions with established operating experts.  Edison is also capable of acquiring assets directly with or without an incentive manager.

Edison’s discretionary capital is typically deployed under the following criteria:

• Primary focus: L.P or G.P. equity positions
• Target equity investment size of $2 – $15 million
• Joint ventures with established and emerging operating experts within their segment
• One-off or programmatic ventures
• Direct acquisitions
• Focus on Sunbelt markets with a growing employment base
• Secondary markets considered in multifamily or retail
